Leaders Forum Final Thoughts

I would like to thank everyone that attended the two sessions titled Leveraging Technology at this year’s Leader’s Forum in Phoenix. The response to the presentation featuring our “Dynamo & Typhoon” programs has been humbling. Many of you shared with Bruce Thompson, the presenter how your office has become incredibly efficient, all while your production sky rocketed. It is surprising how many Mega Agents and even NAB members are not only subscribers, but also “telling our story”.

If you were not able to attend the Forum this year, then you were not able to hear the story. The story how a Scratch Agent resigned from his very successful State Farm Agency to bring his wife near her ailing father. A story that begins with a man that followed his convictions of God, family, and then career. A story where a man’s competitive spirit and entrepreneurial nature drives him to a Million in Written Premium in the first two years. How his passion to help clients and fellow agents has helped his Team earn “Rookie of the Year” and Leader’s Forum twice in 21 months, with over 80%+ Line 10 and nearly 50% IS 1-5 auto Production. Additionally, a pretension of 92% and 1.9 policies per household. His vision is to help fellow agents attain share some of the same successful tactics he has developed all while eating away at State Farm’s penetration.

It’s a sad state of affairs, I admit, that it has taken this long to post information regarding my recent three day trip to Las Vegas to attend MEGA09, the annual meeting of Allstate’s top agents in the country. The meeting occurred April 28, 2009 – April 30, 2009 at the hotel, nestled in the middle of the Mandalay Bay complex.

I was an invited guest due to the interest in our Typhoon service. During my time with the 85 or so of the tippity-top agents in Allstate, I had the pleasure of meeting quite a few interesting people. Pictured above is me (far right), with one of our customers Laura Harris and Ryan McClintock of Leads360. Part of my time at the meeting was spent discussing some exciting developments between QuoteBurst and Leads360 that I can’t mention yet.
